The Market Tour and Cooking Class celebrates Peruvian food and its amazing combination of unique local ingredients and creative passionate hands. Learn from the experts at the markets, try different flavors and then join the kitchen for a fun and hands-on class (10 students max) where you will learn how to prepare a 3 proper Peruvian meal: Causa, Ceviche or Tiradito and Lomo Saltado.  It´s great for kids 6 & Up and there are options for vegetarians and vegans.

You will meet your bilingual (and very passionate foodie) guide at the market at 10:30 am, where you will get to try discover and try local products and ingredients, where they are from, how they are used, etc. After about 45 minutes, you´ll be driven towards a kitchen, which is set up for a maximum of 10 students. There, the chef will teach you how to make, with your own hands, 3 of Peru’s most famous dishes: Causa, Ceviche or Tiradito and Lomo Saltado. You will also get to see how Pisco Sour is made and try some... or a lot! At the end, you´ll also be able to try a local dessert. The class is great for kids 7 & up, but younger kids can come along too. By informing in advance, the recipes can be altered for Vegetarian, Vegan or any allergy restrictions. The class finishes around 2:30 pm in Miraflores. The price of the tour and class includes all ingredients, drinks, desserts, and all product tried at the market.
